Bridge to Future BC partners with employers across British Columbia to create meaningful employment opportunities for youth aged 16–30 who are receiving Income Assistance or Disability Assistance, while helping businesses meet their workforce needs.

We connect employers with motivated young people who are ready to contribute their skills, strengths, and enthusiasm to the workplace. We provide personalized support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process to help create the right match for both the employer and the employee.

For eligible placements, a wage subsidy of up to 50% for up to six months may also be available. Wage subsidy amounts are based on individual circumstances and are not guaranteed.
